ABOUT TOUR PACKAGE FOR GROUP OF 4
This is the option for small groups from 4 to 10 guests who want to stay in Montenegro Hostel B&B accommodation.
Montenegro Hostel accommodation and MH Travel organize tour packages for the groups who want to take a minimum of 2 transfers and stay 2 nights in Montenegro Hostel B&B Kotor.
This is a custom-tailored package that gives several options in the process of booking. Price is fixed no matter which booking option the group decides to take. Group will be accommodated in the private dorm in our hostels.
The additional gift is the hostel's bracelet. With that, the bracelet group will get discounts up to 10% in various: shops, restaurants, bars, gyms, tours, etc in the city where they stay.
When The Group decides to make an online reservation via the BOOK ONLINE option they will use custom fields where they can easily book the tour.
Tour packages are not possible to book in very high season.

A. Montenegro Hostel B&B Kotor (private 4-bed dorm, shared bathroom, AC, lockers in the room, free Wi-Fi, free use of kitchen)
Outgoing transfers
A. Transfer from Kotor to Tirana center or to airport
B. Transfer from Kotor to Mostar
C. Transfer from Kotor to Dubrovnik center or to airport
The standard departure time is at 8:00.

Price is 310 euro per group
NOTE: At the moment of booking, the group will pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount (93 euro), which is not refundable within 3 days before departure. The rest of the amount the group can pay at the reception of the hostel.

NOTE: At the moment of booking, the group will pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount (99 euro), which is not refundable within 3 days before departure. The rest of the amount the group can pay at the reception of the hostel.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Tour package tickets can be bought on-line via BOOK NOW! option. The costs are based on the group, not per person.
The last on-line booking is possible to make up to 3 days before the departure date.
TRANSFER CONDITIONS
The transfer is organized by air-conditioned cars or minivans. There is no luggage fee.
NOTE: Passengers are able to bring up to two pieces of luggage per person free of charge. We don't mind what your luggage is packed in, we only ask that it weighs no more than 25 kg and be no bigger than a standard "large" suitcase. The maximum size of a single bag is 200 cm ( width + height + depth). You can also take a piece of small hand luggage on board with you and it must either fit on your lap or under the seat in front of you.
Please be advised that passengers wishing to travel with more luggage than one standard-sized suitcase and one small piece of luggage that can fit on your lap or under the seat in front of you, must inform MH Travel Agency about extra luggage by e-mail on This email address is being protected from spambots. VISA
Our transfer to and from Mostar goes directly via the border crossings Ilino Brdo (MNE)/ Klobuk (BiH), Vraćenovići (MNE)/ Deleuša (BIH) and Sitnica (MNE)/ Zupci (BiH), so the Schengen Visa is not required.
Our transfer to and from Tirana goes directly via the border crossings Sukobin(MNE)/ Muriqan (AL) and Bozaj(MNE)/ Hani i Hotit (AL), so the Schengen Visa is not required.
Our transfer to Dubrovnik goes directly via border crossings Debeli Brijeg(MNE)/ Karasovići (HR) and Kobila (MNE)/ Vitaljina (HR) and the Schengen Visa is required.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
INTRODUCTION
MH Travel Agency (hereinafter called 'the Agency'), guarantees the authenticity of the displayed visual and written data related to the accommodation unit characteristics in its offer available at www.montenegrohostel.com as well as the authenticity of the conditions of the same offer. By taking one or more offers of the Agency the client enters a legal relationship with the MH Travel and confirms that he/she accepts the General Terms And Conditions of Accommodation Reservation Service (hereinafter called 'General Conditions'), which are presented here. All the details stated in the offer represent the legal obligation of the client as well as the MH Travel. The General Conditions represent the basis for the settlement of any possible dispute that may arise between the client and the MH Travel. The client is advised to read the General Conditions carefully prior to any advance payment.
1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Purchasing tickets for tours is possible electronically by completing the online form on our site. Reservations are only possible by paying the entire amount on our web site before departure. After we receive the entire amount we will send you the confirmation of reservation and the voucher that consists of the details of the relevant arrangements (details of the host, guests details, date of arrival and departure and also other services that the guest has paid).
The payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Master...), (the agency bears the bank charges).
By making the payment of the reservation the client certifies that he/she is completely familiarized with all the details and conditions under which the reservation of the accommodation service is provided. By making the payment all the conditions and terms specified in this contract become a legal obligation for both the client and the Agency.
2. CHANGES AND CANCELLATION BY CLIENT
The client is entitled to a change of a confirmed reservation only if the change is accepted by the service provider. The changes may include booked transfer, tour, excursion or activity, number of persons, their age and type of basic or extra services booked. The request for a change of the reservation must be submitted in a written form by e-mail on This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
If the client wants to cancel the reservation, the client must submit the request in written form by e-mail.
On-line purchased transfer ticket is possible to cancel free of charge up to 7 days before departure. For a cancellation occurring from 7 to 0 days before the start of using the reserved service, MH Travel charges 100% of the total price of the tour ticket booked.
3. AGENCY’S OBLIGATIONS
MH Travel is responsible for the execution of services and selection of the service providers. and must also concern over the rights and interests of the client in accordance with the good practice in tourism.
MH Travel is responsible to assure that the client receives all the services he/she has booked and is therefore liable to the client for a possible non-provision of the services or a part of the services the client paid for.
MH Travel is not responsible if the non-provision of the service is due to a case of force majeure in the client's country or in the country where the service is to be provided (war, riots, strikes, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, official authority interventions, etc.). MH Travel has the right to cancel the transfer in the very case of unpredictable situations, which cannot be controlled by agency (earthquake, floods, closing borders, etc). In that case, we will refund the full amount of the tour tickets to the guests.
Every transfer, tour or activity has to have a minimum number of passengers (4 in total) to be organized. Agency charges booking amount for transfers, tours, and activities ONLY after the minimum number of passengers is reached and transfer, tour or activity is confirmed by e-mail. Agency has the right to cancel transfer, tour, and activity up to 720 minutes (12 hours) before departure if the minimum of participants is not reached.
This cancellation is free of charge.
4. CLIENT’S OBLIGATIONS
The clients are under obligation to possess valid travel documents. The costs of loss of these documents are borne by the client. The client needs to check whether he/she needs a visa to enter the Republic of Montenegro or transit countries. MH Travel cannot provide service of obtaining a visa for the client and reserves the right to keep the amount paid for the transfer of the client could not enter the Republic of Montenegro because the necessary documents were not obtained by the client. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. of all the relevant facts that can affect the client's presence at the reserved transfer, tour, excursion or activity (e.g. allergies and illness of the client, physical disability of the client, coming by vehicle, special diet conditions, and extra luggage).
5. TRAVEL INSURANCE
The cost of the trip does not include the travel insurance 'package': insurance against accidents and illnesses that may occur during the trip, damage or loss of luggage or voluntary health insurance. When confirming the reservation online, the Traveler has accepter these General Terms and Conditions by selecting a payment method and completing the reservation confirmation process. The same applies to reservations confirmed and completed via e-mail. Should the Traveler request additional insurance, arrangements can be made directly with the insurance company or at MH Travel itself wherein the Agency acts only as a mediator.
6. COMPLAINS
The client reserves the right to complain in case of any incorrect photographs and information published on the site. The client is not entitled to complain about any other grounds, including bad weather conditions, traffic jams, any other similar situation or event that may cause the client's dissatisfaction, and is not in relation to the quality of the reserved transfer service. Any justified complaint about deficiencies will be resolved on the spot. If the service provider is not able to resolve the reported deficiencies, and MH Travel cannot propose any alternative tour, the client will get a full refund of the amount paid.
7. ARBITRATION
If the guest is not satisfied with the solution offered by the agency he/she has a right to take the issue to the court jurisdiction of Podgorica.
8. NOTICE
By making the advance payment or paying the entire arrangement amount the guest accepts these general terms and conditions.
